THAT SAVED MY LIFE!


Went from 253 to 135. I'm 58. I'm 5'6. I Was unable to pursue the activities I truly enjoyed.

Four years ago, my husband and I moved from New Braunfels, Texas to Pomona, California. 

We were excited about the new adventures awaiting us in this peaceful and quiet environment after years of hard work. 

We couldn't wait to explore together in our new home.

HOWEVER, there was one really big issue…

I was well over 250 pounds and was terrified to step foot outside.

I’ve experienced an unbelievable amount of gain before the move.

I visited doctors, consulted dietitians, and underwent numerous tests, yet nothing changed.

Despite sticking to my usual routine, I found myself burdened with unwanted pounds that refused to go away.

I felt unhappy and depressed because of this and worst part is it crept up on me VERY slowly. I wasn’t active and I couldn’t do things that I wanted to do anymore.

I had lost all hope until my best friend, Paula, mentioned a video she had watched that helped her burn a significant amount of weight over the summer.
This video, which details an easy 'morning routine' that boosts metabolism, completely transformed my life and delivered the changes I'd been searching for.

After trying many meal plans without success and feeling hopeless, I started using this 'morning routine' technique that began melting away the weight I had gained.

 This also gave me amazing health benefits like a healthier heart, arteries, and improved blood sugar levels, to name a few.


Most people are confused because gaining weight has NOTHING to do with:

a. How much they eat, starve, or deprive yourself of favorite meals...

b. How much intense exercise they do...

c. How many carbs or sugars they consume daily...

d. Their thyroid, hormones, or metabolism...

e. Genetics or the aging process.


That's what they want you to believe and the lie they’ve told us since as long as we can remember.

You know the same old “You’re broken”.. Or the “You shouldn't have done this...”

The truth is, it's NOT anyones fault!

Which is why this short video changed my life because of the simple “morning routine” technique that I was introduced to.
